This policy explains what information SirFonta collects when you visit sirfonta.com, buy a plugin or use one, and what we do with it. We collect only what's needed to sell, license and support our plugins.

What we collect

• Purchase details: your name, email address, country, and what you bought. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes your payment. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• License and device details: when you activate a plugin and during regular license checks, we collect your license key, a computer name, an anonymized device identifier, your IP address, the plugin and Adobe app versions, and the date and time of the check.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or other channels.
• Basic website data: our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and manage your license and connected computers.
• To prevent license sharing, fraud and abuse.
• To answer support requests and send important messages about your purchase.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run SirFonta:

• Paddle, for checkout, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Supabase, which hosts our account and license database.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and handles our email routing.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it in countries other than yours. We may also share information if required by law.

Cookies

sirfonta.com doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle's checkout may use cookies needed to process your payment securely.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and license records for as long as your license is active and as needed for legal and tax purposes. Device records are removed when you remove a computer from your license. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@sirfonta.com. Deleting your data may deactivate your license, since we need it to verify your purchase. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our products aren't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
