Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of sirfonta.com and to any software plugin you buy from SirFonta ("SirFonta", "we", "us"). By buying or using our software, you agree to them.

1. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and customer service inquiries about billing and returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, shown at checkout.

Prices are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

2. Your license

When you buy a plugin, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on up to 2 computers at a time. You can remove a computer from your license to free up its slot for a new one.

You may use the plugin in personal and commercial projects, including client work and monetized videos. You own the videos and graphics you create with it.

3. Activation and license checks

Our plugins need an internet connection to activate. After activation, the plugin checks its license with our servers about every 1 to 2 weeks and works offline in between. If a check can't be completed for an extended period, the plugin may pause until it can reconnect.

If we ever stop operating our license servers, we'll make reasonable efforts to provide an update that lets existing customers keep using the plugins they bought.

4. What you can't do

• Share, resell, rent, sublicense or give away the plugin or your license.
• Bypass, disable or tamper with the license system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the plugin, except where the law allows it.
• Repackage the plugin or its parts as your own product, template or preset.

If you break these terms, we may deactivate your license.

5. Your content

You're responsible for the images, videos, logos and other material you use with our plugins, and for having the rights to use them.

6. Updates and support

We may release updates to fix bugs, add features or support new versions of Adobe software. We aim to keep our plugins compatible, but we can't guarantee support for every past or future version of Premiere Pro or After Effects. Support is available at support@sirfonta.com.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Our software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or fit every workflow. Please keep backups of your projects.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SirFonta isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost profits or project delays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

10. Trademarks

Adobe, Premiere Pro and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe. SirFonta is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases already made under earlier terms.
