Refund Policy

14-day refunds

If you're not happy with a SirFonta plugin, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No complicated conditions.

How to request one

Email support@sirfonta.com with the email address you used to buy and your order number, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

What happens to your license

Once a refund is issued, the license for that purchase is deactivated on all computers and the plugin will stop working.

Before you buy

Please check the requirements on each plugin page. SirFonta plugins currently run on Windows only.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days aren't guaranteed, but if something isn't working, contact us and we'll do our best to fix it. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
